Teresa Franqueira
Teresa Franqueira is Associate Professor at the University of Aveiro. She is the Vice-president and serves on the Executive Board of the Cumulus Association and was the International Coordinator of the DESIS Network (Design for Social Innovation and Sustainability). Teresa supervises PhD and Master’s students in areas such as Design for Social Innovation, Design for Sustainability, Product Design, and Service Design.

Kamran Qureshi
Dr Kamran Qureshi is an award-winning British film and television director, producer, and Senior Fellow of the UK’s Higher Education Academy. He teaches film and television at Southampton Solent University and researches Hollywood, British, Australian, Canadian, and Indian cinema, as well as gender and intersex representation. His Professional practice PhD in film, TV and Media blending theory with filmmaking practice. He mentors students and colleagues in research, teaching and media practice.

Simon Lindblom is a PhD Candidate in Innovation and Design at Mälardalen University, Sweden. His research intersects creativity, ethics, and education amidst societal uncertainty. Lorenzo Imbesi
I am a Full Professor of Design at Sapienza University of Rome, where I have been directing Sapienza Design Research, coordinating interdisciplinary projects across eleven departments. I serve as President of the Italian Society of Design (SID) and chair the joint PhD Program in Service Design for Public Sector. My experiences across different cultural contexts, from Canada to Europe, have shaped my understanding of the importance of diverse perspectives in design education and research.
Priscila Farias
Priscila Lena Farias, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism, and Design at the University of São Paulo (FAU USP). She was the Editor-in-chief of the journal InfoDesign for 20 years (2004–2024), is currently a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Design History, and The Design Journal, and a referee for several other scientific publications and research funding agencies. She supervises PhD research since 2005.

María Dolores Hernández
Associate Professor of Fashion Design, architect trained at the University of Valladolid and pattern maker, she also holds a Master’s degree in Teacher Training. Her academic and research profile is situated at the intersection of architecture and fashion design, with a particular focus on design processes, pattern making, and interdisciplinary methodologies. She is currently pursuing a doctoral thesis exploring the convergences between fashion and architecture.
